HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

1. Access the “Order History” section of your own account.

2. Click on “Data” to select the order you want to return.

3. Select the product or products that the customer wishes to return by checking the checkbox next to their name.

You must add the amount to be returned in case it is more than one product and if you wish, you can include a brief explanation of the reason why you are returning that item so that you can resolve the problem if it exists with that product and improve it.

Finally, click on “Request a refund” .


RETURNS

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the purchase to make any exchange or return.

The return will be carried out as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered, together with its complete original packaging, labels and any accessories related to them and as long as it has not been used incorrectly, has not been handled inappropriately and has not been subjected to harmful conditions.

1. RETURN OF WRONG PRODUCT

If you have been sent a size or model that you did not order by mistake, we will exchange the size for you at no cost. It may be the case that the size you ordered is no longer in stock, in which case we can suggest another model for the exchange.

2. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In cases where the product has a defect, you must contact us immediately by email at pedidos@luvesport.es providing the product details and a photograph showing the damage, and we will tell you how to proceed.

Only products with manufacturing defects (stained or torn parts) will be accepted as returns. For this reason, it is important that the user makes sure that the purchased product is in good condition before using it.

It is not considered a defect :

  • Wear and tear due to misuse, such as using it for activities other than what it was designed for or exposing the product to harsh conditions, hard or rough surfaces, etc.
  • Natural wear and tear of the product or its deterioration due to use or the passage of time.

https://www.rinatstore.eu/gb/ reserves the right to reject returns requested outside the period indicated above, or items that are not in the same condition as they were sent to the customer, in which case we will return the products postage due.

Once we have verified that the products you return to us meet the requirements of this Returns Policy, we will send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted.

The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and under no circumstances will we accept returns sent postage due.

3. SIZE CHANGE

In cases where the product is not defective and is due to a change of size, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return of that product. Once the product has been received, its condition will be checked and the new size will be sent, postage due.

4. GLOVES WITH PROTECTIVE PLASTIC

Returns will not be accepted for gloves with the protective film on the palms removed. Please ensure the correct size and fit before removing the film.

5. CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order free of charge while the order status is pending and it has not yet been shipped.

NOTE :

In the case of returns, the amount paid will NOT be refunded. A discount coupon/voucher will be generated for your next purchase, which will have free shipping if the amount to be paid is greater than the Shipping Policy, excluding the amount of the coupon/voucher. The amount will only be refunded if the error was ours.

Returns of personalized products are not accepted.
