RETURNS
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the purchase to make any changes or returns.
The return will be carried out provided that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered along with its complete original packaging, labels and any related accessories and provided that it has not been misused, improperly handled and has not been subjected to harmful conditions.
The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and under no circumstances will we accept returns sent with postage due.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Access the "Order History" section of your own account.

2. Click on "REQUEST RETURN" to select the order you want to return.

3. Select the product or products that the customer wishes to return by checking the box next to their name.
You must add the quantity to be returned if it is more than one product and if you wish, you can include a brief explanation of the reason why you are returning that item so that you can resolve the problem if there is one with that product and improve it.
Finally, click on "Request a refund" .

1. RETURN OF INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you were sent the wrong size or model by mistake, we will exchange it for a different size free of charge. If the size you ordered is no longer in stock, we can suggest an alternative model.
2. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In cases where the product has any defect, you must contact us immediately by email at pedidos@luvesport.es providing the product details and a photograph showing the damage, and we will tell you how to proceed.
Only products with manufacturing defects (stained or unstitched) will be accepted for return. Therefore, it is important that the user ensures the purchased product is in good condition before using it.
It is not considered a defect :
- Wear and tear from misuse, such as using it for activities other than those for which it was designed or exposing the product to difficult conditions, hard or rough surfaces, etc.
- The natural wear and tear of the product or its deterioration due to use or the passage of time.
https://www.rinatstore.eu/gb/ reserves the right to refuse returns requested outside the aforementioned period, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were sent to the customer; in that case, we will send the products back to you with shipping costs due.
Once we have verified that the products you are returning meet the requirements of this Returns Policy , we will send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted.
3. SIZE EXCHANGE
If the product is not defective and the exchange is for a different size, you can contact us by phone at +34 856583320, between 08:00 and 14:00 and between 16:00 and 18:00 . The order management team will provide you with instructions.
4. GLOVES WITH PROTECTIVE PLASTIC
No returns will be accepted for gloves with the protective film on the palms removed. Please ensure the size and fit are correct before removing the film.
5. CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order at no cost as long as its status is pending and it has not yet been shipped.
NOTE :
Returns are non -refundable. A discount coupon/voucher will be issued for your next purchase, which will include free shipping if the total amount exceeds the minimum purchase amount specified in our Shipping Policy , excluding the coupon/voucher value. Refunds will only be issued if the error was ours.
⚠️ CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS : Important Reminder ⚠️
Please note that once personalized, gloves are a custom -made item. Therefore, personalized gloves are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
