The following terms and conditions govern the sale of Packs (sets of two or more products) offered on our website. The purchase of any pack implies acceptance of these conditions.
1. Definition and Pricing
- Pack Definition: A "Pack" is a combination of products (individual items) that are offered together under a single reference and a special global price.
- Savings: The total price of the pack will always involve significant savings for the customer compared to the individual purchase of each product it comprises.
- Price Immutability: The price of the pack is fixed and non-negotiable. No additional discounts will be applied unless explicitly indicated in a specific promotion.
2. Returns and Exchanges
- Unit Sale: The pack is considered an indivisible unit of sale. Therefore, partial returns of items within a pack are not accepted.
- Complete Return: To process a return, the customer must return all items that make up the pack in their original condition and with their packaging intact.
- Exchange: Should an exchange be needed (e.g., for size or color) for one of the items in the pack, the customer must contact customer service, by phone, at +34 856583320, from 08:00 to 14:00 h. and from 16:00 to 18:00 h., to verify availability. If the exchange is not possible or if the pack is no longer available, the complete pack will be fully returned and a corresponding refund will be processed.
3. Availability
- Stock: The availability of a pack is subject to the combined stock of all the products it integrates.
- Out-of-Stock Products: If one of the individual items in the pack runs out of stock, the pack will no longer be available for purchase until the stock of all its components is replenished.
4. Warranty
- Individual Application: The legal warranty applies to each individual product within the pack according to its nature and current legislation. In case of a defect in a product, the warranty will only apply to that specific item, allowing for its replacement or repair as appropriate, without the need to return the rest of the pack, unless otherwise indicated by us.
