Shipping and Order Preparation Information

All shipments are usually delivered within the indicated timeframe, bearing in mind that delivery times are estimated, calculated from the moment the order status changes to "Shipped".

If the product is customized, 1 additional day will be added to the delivery time.

ORDER PREPARATION:

Preparation Hours: All orders are prepared Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Orders placed outside this time will be processed the next business day.
Holidays: Orders placed on holidays (Spanish national, Andalusian regional, or local holidays in San Fernando, Cádiz) will be processed on the first immediately subsequent business day.
Order Tracking: Once your order changes to the "Shipped" status, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track it on the carrier's website (MRW, Correos, GLS, or Seur).
