HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Access the "Order History" section of your own account.
2. Click on "Details" to be able to select the order from which you want to return.
3. Select the product or products that the customer wants to return by checking the checkbox next to their name.
You must add the amount to be returned in case it is more than one product and if you wish, you can include a brief explanation of the reason for returning that item so that you can solve the problem if it exists with that product and improve it.
Finally, click on «Request a return».
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the purchase to make any change or return.
The return will be carried out as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered together with its complete original packaging, labels and together with any accessories related to them and provided that it has not been used incorrectly, it has not been improperly handled and has not been subjected to harmful conditions.

1. RETURN OF WRONG PRODUCT
If you've mistakenly been sent the size or model you haven't requested, you'll be resized at no cost. It may be the case that the size you ordered is no longer in stock, in that case we can suggest another model for the change.
2. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In cases where the product is defective, you must contact us immediately by email firstname.lastname@example.org providing the product data and a photograph showing the damage it suffers, and we will indicate how to proceed.
Only products that have manufacturing defects (stained in any of their applications or uncoated) will be accepted as a return. For this reason, it is important that the user makes sure that the purchased product is in good condition before using it.
It is not considered as a defect:
- Misuse wear, such as using it for activities other than those designed or exposing the product to difficult conditions, hard or rough surfaces, etc.
- Natural wear and tear of the product or deterioration due to use or passage of time.
www.rinatstore.eu reserves the right to refuse the requested returns outside the aforementioned period, or items that are not in the same conditions that were sent to the customer, in that case we will send the products to them in due charge.
Once we check that the products you return to us meet the requirements of this Return Policy, wewill send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted.
The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and in no case will we accept returns sent to due shipping.
3. CHANGE OF SIZE
In cases where the product has no defects and is for a size change, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return of that product. Once the product has been received, the condition of the product will be checked and the new size will be sent, in due charge.
You can cancel your order at no cost as long as the order status is pending and has not yet been shipped.
