In the prices we indicate we do not include customs fees, only shipping costs. If for any reason the shipment is retained at customs, taxes and other customs charges will be borne by the buyer. RINATSTORE.EU is not responsible for the delay caused by a shipment held at a customs. This delay will not be reason to return the order.

Orders may be canceled or changed as long as they have not left our warehouse. You can do this by sending a message through your "Personal Area" or by writing an e-mail to email@example.com, indicating the reason for such cancellation or change and the order number. Do not forget to put in the subject of the e-mail "Cancellation request" or "Modification order". We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
To return an order you must first notify it through the "Customer Area" or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
When we receive the notification we will send you an e-mail with the steps to follow to make said return.
Once we receive the package and verify that the product has no defects, we will proceed to send you the new product.
IMPORTANT: IN NO EVENT IS THE AMOUNT RETURNED. A DISCOUNT BONUS WILL BE GIVEN FOR YOUR NEXT PURCHASE.
